If you have forgotten your SecureCode, don't worry, you can re-enroll quickly.

1. Print this page and Bookmark it by adding it to your Favorites. (If you’re not sure how, you can find instructions in the FAQs).
   
   
2. Please call Customer Services on 0800 121 4251 to request a password reset.
   
   
3. Customer Services will provide you with a temporary SecureCode. This temporary code can ONLY be used to create a new permanent SecureCode.
   
   
4. Once you know your temporary code, return to this page by using the bookmark you created earlier.
   
   
5. Click on the button below to create your private SecureCode. For security reasons, your new permanent SecureCode cannot be the same as your previous one. Once you create your new permanent SecureCode, you can begin shopping immediately at participating merchants.
